High Season (1987) [British]

After spending a few years on television projects, Jacqueline returned to the big screen in this delightful comedy set on the Greek island of Rhodes. Jacqueline plays "Katherine", a photographer. Her ex-husband, an artist named Patrick, is played by James Fox. Katherine has a very brief romantic interlude with "Rick", played by Kenneth Branagh. The plot involves spies and tourists whose paths cross with some of the odd locals.

Jacqueline starred with James Fox's brother, Edward, in "September". "High Season" was directed by Clare Peploe (wife of Bernardo Bertolucci), from a script she co-wrote with her brother Mark Peploe. The movie was released in France under the title "Soleil Grec".
