An interesting independent film, it showed at some film festivals in 2003, and then got limited theatrical runs all over the US in 2004. Jacqueline has a supporting role as "Lila Montagne", the proprietor of a restaurant where several of the younger characters work. The plot revolves around the developing relationship bewtween a gay LA party boy, and a young Mormon missionary who moves into the same apartment block. Writer-director C. Jay Cox drew on his own experience as a gay man raised as a Mormon.
The performances are generally good, but the plot relies on several amazing coincidences. Or as Lila calls them, "miracles".
It will be released on video on Sept. 7th, 2004. Here is the film's website.
