Another made for TV melodrama (from a story by Polly Bergen). I have seen it described as "based on a true story", but I believe that is inaccurate. Married architect "Sam" (Brian Dennehy) falls for colleague "Nell" (Jacqueline Bisset). Turns out she has a fatal disease, so Sam wants to take a leave from his marriage to be with her. Blythe Danner plays wife "Elisa".
